How long does a repair take?
Most express repairs — screen, battery and charging port — are done in under 1 hour. You can drop off your device and keep shopping at Plaza Carolina while we work. Advanced microsoldering cases take longer, and we always give you a time estimate before we start.
Do repairs come with a warranty?
Yes. Most repairs carry a 60-day warranty, and some parts differ: for example, an Economy screen carries 30 days and a Trade In screen has no warranty. Your invoice shows the exact warranty for each service, and when we hand your device back we explain what it covers. Full details are in our store policies.
How do pricing and estimates work?
Diagnostics are free on any device that powers on. If your device will not turn on (no power), the diagnostic has a fee that is fully credited toward your repair. Every repair is quoted on the spot based on your model and the part it needs, with IVU included, and we never start a job until you approve the price first — no surprises.
Which brands do you repair?
