Do I need an appointment?
Not required. You may visit us during business hours and we will gladly assist you. If you prefer, book your appointment online and we will have everything ready when you arrive. If you want to make sure we have the part for your model in stock, call ahead at (787) 717-7605 and we will confirm.
Where do I park?
Plaza Carolina offers ample free parking for mall visitors. Enter through any of the mall entrances off Ave. Jesús M. Fragoso and use the lot closest to your entrance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, ATH Móvil, Apple Pay, and Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. Pay with whichever method is most convenient for you.
Can I wait for my repair?
Yes. Most express repairs — screen, battery and charging port — are done in under 1 hour. Many customers drop off the device and use the time to shop at the mall.
Do you offer at-home service?
Yes, we schedule at-home service for customers who cannot make it to Plaza Carolina. Call us at (787) 717-7605 to check availability in your area and book the visit.
Do you repair other brands or older models?
