Do I need an appointment?
Not required — just walk in during our hours and we will take care of you. But if you prefer, book your appointment online and we will have everything ready when you arrive. If you want to make sure we have the part for your model in stock, call ahead at (787) 717-7605 and we will confirm.
Where do I park?
Plaza Carolina has large free parking for mall visitors. Come in through any of the mall entrances off Ave. Jesús M. Fragoso and use the lot closest to your entrance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, ATH Móvil, Apple Pay, and Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. Pay with whichever method is most convenient for you.
Can I wait for my repair?
Yes. Most express repairs — screen, battery and charging port — are done in under 1 hour. Many customers drop off the device and use the time to shop the mall.
Do you offer at-home service?
Yes, we schedule at-home service for customers who cannot make it to Plaza Carolina. Call us at (787) 717-7605 to check availability in your area and book the visit.
Do you repair other brands or older models?
