What is this going to cost?
Every repair is quoted free, on the spot, based on your model and the part it needs.
Why do you not publish a price list?
Because the real price depends on your exact model and the type of part. An iPhone screen does not cost the same as a Samsung screen, and it changes by generation even within the same brand. We would rather give you the right number on the spot than an estimate that goes up later. Call us at (787) 717-7605 with your model and we will quote it over the phone.
Is there a charge for the diagnostic?
Diagnostics are free on any device that powers on. If your device will not turn on (no power), the diagnostic has a fee that is fully credited toward your repair. It takes minutes, and we never start a repair until you approve the price.
How long does an express repair take?
Screen, battery and charging port are usually done in under 1 hour. You can drop off your device and keep shopping inside the mall.
What if my device needs an advanced repair?
If the problem is at board level — will not power on, severe water damage, charging IC — it goes to our microsoldering bench. We give you a separate quote with no obligation and you decide. Learn more on advanced repairs.
